Scholarship Opportunities
AIHC staff will share scholarship opportunities as we learn about them. Please note this is not an exhaustive list of scholarships. Be sure to apply for scholarships through UNCP's BraveAssist portal, professional organizations, church groups, your tribe, and other national organizations. There are several resources available to UNCP students, below are a few are just of those few services. We encourage you to take advantage of everything the university has to offer you!

Tutoring Services
Need help better understanding your course material? Sign up for FREE tutoring services. Each sessions lasts approximately one hour and is led by either a professional staff/faculty or a peer tutor. Tutoring can be offered in-person or virtually. Fore more information click here.

TRIO Support Services
The TRIO Program at UNCP provides additional support to first-generation colleges students, low-income students, and students with disabilities who are seeking their bachelor's degree. The programs aims to help students overcome class, social, and cultural barriers to higher education. For more information, visit TRIO's website.

University Writing Center
Would you like to strengthen your writing skills and build the foundations for successful academic and professional writing? The University Writing Center is here to help! Students can work with a tutor to brainstorm topic ideas, draft, revise, and edit written assignments. Please note that all services for the 2020-2021 are virtual. Accessibility Resource Center
The office of Accessibility Resource Center (ARC) provides, arranges, and coordinates accommodations for students in courses, programs, services, activities, and facilities. Accommodations include services such as note takers, textbooks on tape, schedule modification, and alternative testing. To learn more, read about ARC here.

CARE Resource Center
The UNCP CARE Resource Center includes an on-campus food pantry and professional clothing closet open to students, faculty, staff, and community members. Students are welcome to visit the pantry twice per month. The pantry is located in Wellons Halls, Suite C. For hours of operation and more details, click here.

Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS)
CAPS offers clinical mental health services, prevention education programs, and advocacy services to support the well-being and academic success of UNCP students. Please note that there are no cost or limits on sessions. To learn more, visit here.
