Niakeya Jones Cooper serves as executive director of the Robeson County Housing Authority. She provides leadership for all aspects of the housing authority's operations including administration, management, strategic development, and financial control.
Elizabeth Stephens Locklear serves as a social work supervisor in the Adult Services Unit with Robeson County Department of Social Services. She has been employed with the department for 30 years.
Richard Eric English II graduated from UNC Pembroke in 2011 with a major in sociology and minor in chemistry and biology. He went on to work as an EMT in Baltimore, Maryland, and has since completed a bachelor’s in nursing at UNC Wilmington.
James Forrest Obershea graduated from UNC Pembroke in December 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Obershea serves as captain of the Criminal Investigations Division at Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
Molly Woodard graduated from UNCP in May 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in chemistry. She currently works part time for Robeson County EMS as a paramedic. Her future goal is to become an emergency nurse practitioner.
Lance Thompson, a 15-year veteran of law enforcement, graduated from UNCP with a degree in criminal justice and a minor in sociology in 2003. He is currently a lieutenant in the Professional Standards Division with Robeson County Sheriff’s Office.
Fredrika Sinclair is a native of Lumberton, N.C., a 1999 graduate of Lumberton Senior High School and a 2004 graduate of UNC Pembroke. While at UNC Pembroke, she was the president of the Voices of Serenity Gospel Choir and the president of the African American Student Organization.
